    WENN hier also jemand von den Usern ein Bild, Text, Schnittzeichnung oder dergleichen einstellt (Link draufsetzen geht), welche Urheberrechtlich geschützt sind - d.h. nicht auf eigenem Mist gewachsen - begeht derjenige eine sogenannte Urheberrechtsverletzung. Belangt wird in diesem Falle nicht der einstellende Stoffel, sondern der Betreiber des Forums, der im Impressum steht.
    Da haben sich Mahnwälte drauf eingeschossen und verdienen nicht schlecht dabei. Das ist so RICHTIG teuer, wenn`s dumm kommt, und das ist nur `ne Frage der Zeit.
    Deshalb braucht ein Forenadmin ein Team von Moderatoren die regelmässig die Beiträge durchforsten. Steht sonst kwasy immer mit einem Bein im Knast.
